CANCELLATION & BOOKING CONDITIONS AnzacTour.com, accept bookings subject to the passenger agreeing to the conditions, as below: 1. A booking will be accepted when AnzacTour.com has received the full amount. AnzacTour.com reserves the right to decline any booking. 2. All prices shown are current at the time of updating the brochure. Information given in this brochure is based on the latest information available at the date of revision. We reserve the right to change any of the facilities, services, itineraries, prices or vehicles described in the brochure without being liable for compensation or refund. 3. Changes- It is your responsibility to advise AnzacTour.com of any special requirements or changes you may have. 4. If a passenger wishes to cancel a AnzacTour.com, the following charges will be applied. Prior to 6 weeks of departure, 25% of the lour cost. Within 6 weeks until 4 weeks 35% of the tour cost. Within 4 weeks until 2 weeks 65% of the tour cost. Within 2 weeks or less no refund will be given. 5. If a passenger fails to join the tour, joins after the tour departure date, no refund will be made. 6. A Before accepting a booking, AnzacTour.com reserves the right to alter prices, After confirming a booking, AnzacTour.com will only alter prices to take into account factors beyond it's control, such as currency fluctuations, surcharges or other transportation costs. 7.AnzacTour.com reserves the right to change or alter these published tours without any prior notification 8. It is the responsibility of the passenger that they are in possession of valid travel documents such as passports, visas, health certificates, etc, AnzacTour.com cannot accept liability for any incorrect documentation. 9. Passengers are advised that in Turkey, there is no free health insurance and that the vehicle insurance is of limited value. Passengers are advised to obtain personal travel insurance prior to their arrival in Turkey. 10. The passengers accept that all tours are of an adventurous nature and involve an element of personal risk, and that neither AnzacTour.com nor it's agent can be held liable for any injury, damage to property or loss of life caused. The passenger accepts responsibility for all risks involed. 11. The Passengers agrees to comply with the laws and regulations of Turkey and to comply with all reasonable instructions of the tour leader or guide relating to the safety and organization of the tour.
